FEATURED SPEAKER: Justice Barbara Jackson

Being elected to the NC Supreme Court in 2010 was just a capstone for a history of public service for Barbara Jackson.  She worked in the office of our second Republican governor, Jim Martin, in the early 90's and has served as a legal counsel for the state including a stint as General Counsel to the NC Department of Labor from 2001-2004.  In 2004, she was elected to the NC Court of Appeals and served there until her election to the NC Supreme Court.
Tonight, she will be telling us about her colleague and recently named Chief Justice, Mark Martin, who is up for election this year as Chief Justice of the NC Supreme Court.  As you know, our judicial elections are extremely important this year.  Chief Justice Martin has been endorsed by the NC Republican Party and all 5  living former Chief Justices of the NC Supreme Court!

We will also be getting updates from various other campaigns as we head into the home stretch of this year's election.

Remember to watch your Inbox for opportunities to help our candidates as their campaigns are in full swing.  Senator Chad Barefoot and Representative Chris Malone are both hosting a variety of neighborhood walks and fundraisers.
